A business plan and updated budget will be provided soon for transparency. Company salaries and hourly rates will be public. Our first employee is salaried at 65k, despite being highly qualified for that role.

We are also interested in business sponsorships from any entity that supports the defense of freedom of expression. Please contact hello@decomprose.org with event or program sponsorship leads.

For now, please know that there are at least 5 people working for us as volunteers with the goal of making it their full-time job.
